A few things before you go

Before we
plan your trip.

What I book, how I’m paid, and what happens when you reach out.

Here’s how I work

Let’s start with the details.

Why should I use a travel advisor?

You don’t need more tabs open. I help you sort through hotels, destinations, and activities based on your budget and the way you actually like to travel, then handle bookings and help communicate with travel partners.

There can be perks, too. Through Fora’s preferred partnerships, eligible bookings may include extra benefits or opportunities for upgrades, but those depend on the property, partner, and booking, and upgrades require availability. They’re never a promise.

Why should I choose you over another travel advisor?

I care about the details you care about. When we plan together, I use your budget, your preferred pace, and the things you don’t want to miss to guide the hotels and experiences I recommend. You’ll work directly with me.

If you want someone to help sort through the choices while keeping your priorities in view, that’s the kind of working relationship I offer, from our first conversation through booking. Start by telling me your ideas. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry.

Where do I start?

Start with the travel inquiry form. Share your dates, budget, and any ideas you already have, even if you haven’t picked a destination or worked out exactly what you want to do. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry.

What can you help me plan?

I help you make the choices. That includes choosing a destination, sorting through hotels, and recommending restaurants, activities, and tours based on what matters to you and how you want to spend your time. See my travel planning services for more.

Do I need to know where I want to go?

No, we can figure that out. Tell me whether you’re picturing quiet mornings by the water, days spent walking through a city, or time outdoors, plus your dates and budget if you know them. I’ll help narrow the options.

What can you book?

I book hotels, cruises, transportation, and activities. If you’ve already planned most of your trip and just need a hotel, or you want help with several bookings, tell me which pieces you’d like me to handle. We’ll start with those.

What kinds of trips do you plan?

Beach trips, city breaks, Disney vacations, and time in nature are all part of what I help plan, along with the big trips you’ve been saving for. Your idea doesn’t need a label. Browse the destinations and trip ideas, or tell me what you have in mind.

Will I work directly with you?

Yes, you’ll work with me. I’m Madison Austin, and I’ll get to know your budget, the pace you enjoy, and the things you care about before we start making decisions about your trip.

What should I share about my budget?

Give me a number you’re comfortable with. Include your travel dates, how many people are going, and where you’d happily spend more, whether that’s a particular hotel, a special dinner, or an activity you don’t want to miss. Tell me where you’d rather save, too.

Does it cost anything to use your services?

You don’t pay me a fee. Travel partners pay me directly for bookings, so my planning and booking services are free to you; you still pay for your travel arrangements, such as your hotel stay.

Can you help arrange hotel blocks for a big event?

Yes, I help with hotel blocks. For a wedding, reunion, conference, or another group event, send me the location, dates, estimated number of rooms, and budget so I can look into hotel options for your guests. Each hotel sets its own rates, availability, minimum room requirements, and booking terms.

How can I ask another question?

You can reach me directly. Email Madison@YourLuckyDay.Travel or call (334) 707-0212; if you’re ready to share your trip ideas, use the inquiry form so I have your details when we talk.
